:D Her character design struck me as a must-draw~
This is Kya, or Kahmutept, and she is a dinosaur-dragon hybrid character by
SpiritusDraco. The character belongs solely to them and I only got a chance to make this portrait by obtaining permission.
She's done in prismacolors on 5x7 inches of mixed media paper. Turned out absolutely gorgeous. It took a combined four hours.
