Here's Twain, my cheap and comfortable dance-fursuit - it's light and comfortable.
This fursuit features:
- 3d-printed head, nose, claws and eyelids (made with PLA)
- Movable ears and eyelids (push/pull-system using bicycle brake cables)
- Eyes with LED backlights
- Outdoor-paws made with 1cm thick rubber-soles and Tabi-shoes
- Bicycle-tire tail (bouncy and durable)
- Movable lower jaw
- Fan in the muzzle to prevent fogging of the eyes
He's not really made of normal fake-fur - that's a bed-cover (Tagesdecke vom Dänischen Bettenlager). The backing is super thin and stretchy. Normally I would not recommend this material for fursuit-building (it will not last very long and cutting it is a nightmare), but for a dance-fursuit it's optimal.
The materials for this suit were really cheap - cost me under 200€. I'll change the eyes someday (they have the wrong angle - that's why the eyes look too close together - they were not made for this fursuit - I just used them to save time).

That's nice, I did see this kind of fabric sometimes too and was wondering if it could work for a suit, it seems it is :)
I've some funny fabric I need to use for a fursuit too, but didn't had the time to train to use it until now. I hope the result will be as good as yours ^_^
