This was the point where they had the pit party where you could talk to the drivers. Here you see the #07 Aston Martin Vantage I posted a pic of earlier and the Rum Bum Porsche which I have a pic of from last years race posted here already. Behind is the Stevenson Camaro in silver this year who won last years GS class at Kansas.
Also I tried to get a picture of the pit party for the LMPC and LMP lights lined up in the classic Lemans starting grid formation. But too many people around those cars to get a proper shot.

I wish I could agree with you but until Kansas Speedway was built in 2001 we didn't even get NASCAR here. Florida always had Daytona 500 and the 24 hours. Sebring and St. Petersburg race tracks. And being brutally honest the Kansas City car scene absolutely blew baseball sized chunks right up until the last few years. To even see a Ferrari was a you're lucky to see two in your lifetime kind of thing.
