WIP Lost 2
Harvest 4th 4 AA:
After some time you get very much used too traveling alone, nothing but the sound of your own foot steps and the eerie white noise of a post apocalyptic planet. Yet when something breaks that normal pattern of white noise, something like a odd squeak of a small creature it shatters your world. Still hoping someone will read this one day. I'll tell you what happened. Maybe even make you chuckle.
After heading far away from that twisted Goliath of an Azealik. I traveled deep into the half-dead woods to find some means of shelter before nightfall. When I heard a noise that caused me to slip up. I soon found myself tumbling down a large hill and into a bush. Laying there helpless for mere moments. As these little pesky creatures poked there heads up out of a old log just to see what the commotion was. I paused frozen, not moving a single muscle.
They looked like small fuzzy rodents from the past. There heads were very creepy yet also oddly cute at the same time. As they came out to inspect me, I noticed the sharp stinger on their tail. Which made me very uneasy. I laid there, hoping not to provoke them since I wasn't in any kind of position to defend myself. It came right up me. Making these little weeee-boo like sounds. Then it decided to crawl into my leather bag poking it's head out every half a second, making sure I hadn't moved before coming out with a big gnarly bug.
The bug barely put up a fight as it was jabbed 3 or 4 times by its stinger. Then proceed to drain it's insectoid victim with it's tentacles. The other one, vanished while I gazed at the one devouring the bug. I felt the pitter patter of small paws on my chest. Slowly looked over and there it was looking right at me, nose to nose. I saw two, two normal pupils at first then 3 appeared in each eye. It took its tentacles and booped me right on the nose. Well lets just say I broke out of that bush in a way I thought was never possible. Damn well took the whole thing with me.
Luckily the little horrors weren't harmed. I ended going back to watch them. Of course after I got out of the bush dress. After spending a little time observing them. I learned they weren't so bad.
The Azealiks affliction only seemed to alter them in a way that benefited them. So far their behavior is like normal small rodent's of the past.
Has it just adapted to the affliction or has affliction taken over it's host and is now living through these little creatures? So far the Wee Boops as I call them haven't acted like the normal Azealiks I have encountered. These ones are different. *Draws what he saw*
I will be coloring this one soon. ^^
