Another new OC. His temp name is Delirium idk why but it will change, I'll think of something better. Anyways, he's dead, a ghost...he drowned and when his body hit the bottom of the lake his head hit a rock, SO he has short term memory loss and writes memos on himself cause otherwise he can't remember diddly. Also he has major sleep deprivation, you know being dead and all.
