I was doing some testing with PDN, trying to do some digital coloring. I just started picking random black-and-white stuff and adding color and stuff, and eventually I came out with this! This small pikachu head - not even a complete picture, took me around 4 hours of work to complete. -Four hours- for that small head. I have a renewed respect for masters of digital art.

its not dat hard to outline, but a WACOM or other drawing tablet really helps >wO
also, if u really wanted to make it look nice, Photoshop is OK, but Adobe Flash works the best =3
i switch between the two - Photoshop Elements 4.0 and Flash CS3 Professional... but if u need a free program, Paint.NET, which is totally free, is a very highly functional paint prog, and works just as good as Photoshop =3
the anti-aliasing is a bit, um, darker in paint.NET, but it still works great =3
