If look at his back, you will not miss the musical F (bass) clef that is a spot on him. (http://www.wpclipart.com/music/notation/musical_notes_2/F_Clef.png) I do not know if he is into music as his name in international music language is a double whole note (or rest): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_whole_note . Anyhow, we can rule out that his name does not apply to that diacritical mark: Ă ă Ĕ ĕ Ĭ ĭ Ŏ ŏ Ŭ ŭ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breve). Cute dalmatian, I'll say! Really, having his eyes both have black spots and having black ears makes him look handsome. Hope he comes by again-he is good to talk to!
