Inspired by not having actual paper to draw on, the wonderful works of Ed Harrison, Neotokyo°, puskbak and of course Jennadelle.

A major technological haven and place of controversy, the once mighty island city state of Line 9 braces against civil unrest and a coming war with mobilizing Arcane forces. Most notably the artificial island is the birthplace of Tsarkos Heavy Industries.

I used to play almost every night a few years back. The visual style and really different but functional look to that universe still sticks with me! (pretty much all of the "Tsarkos" faction stuff I designed to look like it could be from NT°).
Pushbak is the coolest!

NT takes the cake being to me one of the best made competitive and visual stunning games I have ever played in my whole life. Its soundtrack is the cherry on top of the cheesecake . Plenty of my roleplay characters were inspired by what they did with the mod!
Its kind of a shame that its rather unpopular now and it lacks players. However there should still be a small community of people that plays it (me included), plus there was apparently a "greenlit" of the mod on steam for it to become officialy downloadable... But it seems like that may or may never become a reality sadly
More players would be great to keep the mod alive... But there is always 2 sides of the same medal... And by that I mean that it would risk of becoming populated by the imbecills that are going to jump the "OMG FREE GAEM" Wagon....
*Sigh* Sorry.... Im just rambling now. Good job like always bro!

I totally agree with you!
After the greenlight, I did play again for some time with some of the groups who still organize games - they did some visual updates and added a couple new maps!
I think the "toughness" and very few few cheap / exploitable tactics kept many players at bay. I for one though, absolutely loves pretty much all aspects of the game. If I had to bag on something, it would probably be how useless Recon's vision mode is (I use them a lot!), and the fact that if someone does fairly well compared to someone who keeps getting blown away, it becomes very hard to "catch up" in terms of weaponry. Some of the higher-tier weapons like the .50cal MX rifle are unstoppable, and that AA12 look-a-like I remember being particularly devastating as well.
But those things included, I loved the game. What I wouldn't do to see the planned game modes implimented, or even -gasp- a single player campaign or bot match. Anything so that I could play again!

I can once again agree with you completely. And yes I have seen the visual upgrades they did. They also fixed a few exploits aswell and rebalanced other things. You honestly should come again in the game. Hell, if you need someone to play with just message me in private and ill give you my Steam ID (not sure if I have said this before. My memory is rubbish)
