This is one of my Pathfinder role-playing characters. He's a halfling alchemist and recently in the story he began having nightmares caused by an evil crow demon thing. Anyway he got kidnapped and woke up with a tentacle tail.
Shawn said tentacles are creepy no matter what. I thought I did an ok job at making a gray arm length tentacle look like a decently "normal" tail. It's ok if a lot of the imagery is odd... it's all from the nightmares the GM came up with.
