Most of the party members have been converted to half construct variants by Fitz. Basically using constructs' advantages against them. Briclia just happened to be the first met outside of Newt, and was originally full construct with sentience before Fitz used some magic shenanigans to convert her. Willingly of course, which is why Briclia lends her aid and resources to Fitz' cause to reunite her old group... at least the survivors.
