Nice photos. It's interesting to see just how different the three memorials are. I suppose their different designs reflect the unique backgrounds of each service.
Are they stand alone memorials or do they also carry the names of the fallen men and women? I unfortunately can't tell from the photographs.

Each memorial was designed by a completely different group, and each group had to raise their own funds. So I would say that has more to do with the designs then the background of each service. Plus the EMS one is the most recent, hence the inclusion of modern materials like the thick lexan sheet that they lit from below with LED's.
I'll list each monument in the order they are viewed from the road (They're only about 50 yards apart.)
Fire Fighters memorial- No list of names, to the left of the mural is the seal for the Maine Federation of fire fighters. The federation represents both career and volunteer fire fighters. To the right of the mural is the Fire Fighters Prayer
In the center is the Fallen Law enforcement officers memorial. It has wings to the left and right that list the 80 or so Maine law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty.
The EMS memorial is the newest and it's actually not finished yet. They plan on placing the names of every medical responder who has been killed in the line of duty on it. I believe that number currently stands at 9.

When I am called to duty, God, whenever flames may rage;
Give me strength to save some life, whatever be its age.
Help me embrace a little child before it is too late
Or save an older person from the horror of that fate.
Enable me to be alert and hear the weakest shout,
And quickly and efficiently to put the fire out.
I want to fill my calling and to give the best in me,
To guard my every neighbor and protect his property.
And if, according to my fate, I am to lose my life;
Please bless with your protecting hand
my children and my wife.
