For Cachomon's Random Pokemon contest.
I've chosen Joltik for this one, being sent to battle by a man (definitely not Oikawa from Haikyuu). I tried to make the traditional japanese style and well... it turned out like this. Moreover his outfit is highly based on Nobunaga's Ambition game.
