Theta's Real name is Vicalen Vitosol. Also she is light skin-ed, she is a person white from America.

After serving the two wars in Iraq, Afghanistan. She was closer to death when a Road bomb blew up along with her crew.
She didn't know if she was death until the Government was trying to figure out a way to beat the Russians over their new Unit Russian type. or URTs: http://fav.me/d7ink8e
It was shown, known that US Government had 30 days to come up or de-fund the whole area for a new project, equipment they set their in an unknown location.
After hearing that a woman from the army was also badly damage due to her wounds, other effects from the truck bomb attack with other road bombs in case cause of the remaining government forces in Iraq.
She needed a lot of help. So Project Bullet was born.
Like parts of her arms, legs, other parts of her born wouldn't work as much so they send her to Area 51 to test the UFO technology, hardware on her. This was their chance to prove to Russia that the United States can build an like version but with high government secret biotech, parts from other tests in Area 52 as well.
So the project was finished so later both the Russian URT versus the American UAT on a battle to see who is batter but in the future another person with both like the the other has a rival, her name was call Agent Bullet: http://fav.me/d7jfe27
