if its an uncomplete project, then, i would advice you to at least complete it (even if its only a chapter), because i love the artwork, the style and the whole thing....

When it comes to lines and colouring I had very good teachers on dA. :) And don't worry, there's more pages... like... 40 more pages XD And beauty is- they're already drawn so I don't have to work on them much ^^ I'll keep them coming with a break here and there due to life, but they'll be posted :)

i would pay for it arround 30 $ to have a printed version of it :) damn this comic is really good and it deserves a printed version to buy :)

Hehe, thanks a lot ^^ It's very flattering, but as much as it would be nice to have a printed version of it, there are copyrights which do not allow for distribution of such fanfiction without proper leases from Disney :(

Years ago i had found an amazing fanfiction in my own language (italian), but sadly it stopped and was deleted.

You've watched the corto "One by one"? It's about african kids and was animated by the same team of TLK2.
I would be surprised if none made a fanfic with them meeting the lions...

I'm glad you enjoy this... not many did. At least whenever I tried to publish it I got very unpleasant feedback. Some people get very offended by humans mixing with tlk XD Go figure :P I never read much tlk fanictions I must admit. The inspiration for this came from my childhood fantasies ^^

It was attatched to the TLK2 dvd, animated by the same artists.
Basically it's a group of african kids living into a shantytown, one of them find a coloured feather of some wild bird and they start creating kites and fly them.
It's awesome, without a single word and all with song on background.

BTW some time ago i've even imagined about making a similar fanfict (humans+lions).

But adding some kind of "historical" stuff... i mean, during cold war Tanzania was sided with the eastern bloc, while Kenya was with west.
I was playing with the idea of sons of both a soviet military officer and an american one getting lost, find each others in the Lions territory, befriending together and the lions too, and preventing a conflict together..

I'll give it a look :D

As to the idea, like any idea it's worth pursuing... :) I'm just not sure how the heavy historic and political stuff would play out in it ^^

Hehe the good thing with stories it's that one can think and re-think lots of attempts.
