i really love this, i have always wanted to do sculpts like this but i never understood how the heck you guys who do this stuff get it so
precise and perfect ahhh how much would one of these cost?

I studied by myself in reference some Japanese books of modeling the figurine. But I don't know the foreign books of that. So I'm sorry but please search about them.
Generally, the making cost depends on the materials, and a clay is the most inexpensive (about 5$). But if you need a full set of tools and materials, the cost is over 500$. However, it is the initial investment, so if you already have the tools, you need the materials cost.
