This is Monkey, he says that's his name because people call him that, so he figured that must be his name. He's a primordial nature spirit, who acts like a six year old despite having been around for thousands of years. He has power over all things natural, making him virtually all powerful in wild areas. He'll often turn people he doesn't like into animals for punishment. Or if he takes a liking to someone, he'll make them something better suited to playing with him for a while until he gets bored. Making them a monkey or regressing someone into a tribal or feral child usually works well. Though since he's so childish and easily distracted its simple to trick him in some way.
Originally I thought him up to possibly be a villain in Oozes universe. But I'm kind of hesitant to include essentially magic to that world. Maybe he'll be his own separate thing, thought I do love the sorts of antagonists who aren't really evil, but just love messing with the heroes for their own amusement.
