Bleegh XP I know I should have had this thing up MONTHS ago, but yeah... here it is, the long-promised Halloween picture, of the Pale*glow gang dressed as Sailor Moon characters. I know the uniforms don't match the original color scheme, I didn't have a reference, plus, come on, it's a parody. I had loads of fun with the background, and decided I'd use the flat, cell shading along with the soft shading, and look! No dodge for highlights!? Le-gasp~!
