"Why's he looking at you?"
"He's not looking at- OMG he IS looking at me! Make him stop!"
"He looks pissed."
"Oh God, he's gonna eat meeee! ;^;"
"You know, I think he's actually frustrated...."
"What? You were just saying that he looks pissed! Stop messing with me!"

Thank you kindly! I read his expression as being proud and aloof, but not necessarily hostile or aggressive. I imagine he'd be just fine with other nagas, especially if they're honourable or can otherwise prove their worth! Strikes me as being part of a proud warrior culture.
Hehe, possibly! Hard to say, though, as this is illustration work for a game, so I don't really have a whole lot of choice on what I do.
The developers, however, have said that I could possibly do adoptables as a promotional drive, so I'd probably pick popular creatures/races for that :) And people are also welcome to make characters of their own of any of the game art, provided it's not used commercially :)

I think any of the monsters are a potential playable race - if I'm not mistaken, the developers are wanting to make it easy to have players play or create other races as they see fit, or use races from the bestiary.
I think the closest race to this is, uh, merfolk in Pathfinder, who are actually pretty statistically OP, but are limited pretty heavily to aquatic campaigns only.
