A little bit of artwork I made for JC-The-Hyenas upcoming game, 'X'. As far as I'm aware, it's focused on the 7 guardians of Sonic.exe.

Because I don't know a thing about characters I mostly wrote the dialogue for, did the voice of & even made a poster & a trailer of, right? After being given that task by JC, I might add.

Your kind words are very much appreciated :3 Plus, it honestly means a lot to hear that from one of his followers.
I do know that his fanbase is pretty large, therefore only a very small portion of them actually came over, albeit Leroi himself being one of those people. Don't worry though, just because there was some form of 'altercation' between myself & those people doesn't mean I'm annoyed or even hostile towards you. You're entitled to like whatever you see fit, and it's interesting to have this kind of chat with one of his fans.
While I'm not going to get into my own personal verdict about Round 2, I'm well aware of the general consensus on it. After all, I'm a fan of SomeOrdinaryGamers & they've also covered it. Anybody's entitled to not enjoy something, since the stories of Sonic.exe are of an acquired taste, but when someone decides to take disliking something as far as hassling others out of assumption, that's a different issue altogether. I'm guessing it was supposed to be a protest, whereas it actually ended up transforming into a more simple case of cyber-bullying. That's why I've taken the actions that I have, ie; Closing comments & ratings, then pointing out MichealLeroi by name. He didn't directly start this, but he certainly fanned the flames by showing up & acting on the same level as the fans he encouraged. That to me is disgraceful behaviour for someone with over 6000 subscribers, especially one that claims to be as mature as he does.
I'm grateful to you as well as the rest of his followers that didn't get involved. I won't judge an entire demographic based on the display from a few people, so I'll give credit to the guy; With that many watching his videos, there must be some appeal to what he does. Probably an appeal that I'd kind of understand, seeing as SOG has covered a couple of the stories he has. Unfortunately, we'll never know.

I can fully respect that kind of view, not just because it's a compliment but because it's fair, clean & mature. Not an assumption that frankly, really does feel acidic after a point. Criticism should be a welcome factor in any content creator's line of work, as long as it's constructive. When it just becomes noise however, it serves no purpose other than to be unpleasant & not worth listening to. It honestly depresses me that I feel like I had no other choice where the comments & ratings were concerned, but if I was going to be made an example of like that, then these actions deserve to be exposed. Besides, it's not like I'll make a real impact in that regard. If anything, I hope it serves as a reminder of some very stupid decisions he made, and that he shouldn't be careless like that.
Comments
