I saw the art and i must say the people obviously do not know pokemon. The dex says nothing about "baby" pokemon never maturing. They just cant have offspring. Plus if you go by sizes and stages then MEW, a legendary pokemon possibly hundreds of years old and called teh "mother/ancestor of all pokemon" is a CUB. Not to mention ALL unevolved pokemon...even ones that only evolve by stones. Quite the rediculous notion. Especially since Pichu is a FREINDSHIP evo. at lvl 30. Maybe she never lvled up or simply has an everstone. IDIOTS.
