The southeastern portion of the Hoenn region is almost entirely covered by water. Scattered across the vast sea are small points of interest, like Victory Road, Pacifidlog Town, the rumored Mirage Island, and... the Sky Pillar. The legendary tower is often sought out by trainers from all over the world for the strong Pokémon that dwell within its walls. However, as of late, many adventurers who have gone off in search of the ancient structure haven't been heard back from, prompting searches by authorities, who currently suspect the Aqua Gang to be behind the disappearances. The infamous group has denied the claims.
