here is a side by side comparision of Penny pichu as both a cub , and an adult , standing beside an adult pikachu.
because SOME ppl just assume because its a pichu it has to be a baby... well do ur research!
not only is penny as a baby much smaller then an adult chu , she also has stubby feet with no visibal legs , were as adult penny is much closer in size to an adult pikachu , and has short little legs.
so guys... you tell me.... is penny a cub in this pic?

Your taking baby pokemon and slapping ridiculous ages on them to get out of the rules. If you thought it was that easy, your wrong. A pichu is a baby-pokemon species. According to the pokemon theory, if its a baby pokemon, its still a baby pokemon. No If's and or But's about it. Sorry, If you don't like the rules, just remove it.
Well this aint the pokemon world. My oc is 18 years old. She just never evolved into a pikachu. Just because her species Is labeled as a baby in the pokemon world that does not mean my oc is a baby. Why wont u guys understand that? Ash never evolved his pikachu into a riachu but that doesent mean pikachu will allways be the same age. You guys are just looking to troll me and its not gonna work. Its my own oc i know her age and if u dont leave me be ill have to report you for harrassing me and the admins would look at the info and see that u guys were in the wrong.

This is not the pokemon world. My pokemon ocs dont work by normal pokemon rules. I have a phycic growlith oc. U dont get those in pokemon either. Its a fan made character. If i want her to have a rare medical condition that means she never will evolve but simply age i can.
Lol, fa's rules say nothing about pokemon being "realistic" to the pokemon world. As far as fa is concerned you actually can take a "baby" pokemon and slap adult proportions on it, and call it older. That's really all that matters here is wether something looks like an adult to FA or not. They don't care if you are staying true to pokemon world logic. Cassy is perfectly in the right here honestly.

pokémon can live to be at least eighteen. or, some have used the feral dog argument. they only live to be eighteen if they are in extreme old age. either way, pokémon can be fully grown, matured into adulthood. and I'm no expert on pokémon, but that is separate from evolving into new forms, if I understand that correctly.
yes, they're small. but I've seen pictures of Asura from Guild Wars on here. they are also small. or there are things like Lord of the Rings. Hobbits, halflings, kender, they're all short, but can grow to maturity, be adults, and they don't get larger.
ok, there are no breasts on the females. well, I know women, both asian and 'white', that shop at children's clothing stores because that's the only thing that will fit them. some of them feel a little embarrassed buying lingerie in children's sizes, but that's the shape of their adult bodies. just tonight, I ran a Pathfinder game for some friends, and one of them is maybe a hundred pounds, I think maybe has an A cup chest, and has a waistline under thirty inches around. and she's almost thirty.
so between pokémon, feral dogs, the Asura, and petite women, there are plenty of things that may appear to be under eighteen, but definitely aren't.
oh, and I'm completely ignoring the child vampire theory. those are still the bodies of children, even if the body has been walking around for thousands of years.
