But anyway, this is Quinn. He's a 50 year old--I didn't make him look old enough--(mad) scientist and hates people almost as much as the employees at the DMV do. The only creature he shows some compassion to is his cat, Giovanni, which is almost as hateful as he is. He conducts human experiments. :D
