Just a quick (mouse colored) picture for my beloved girl Ashati ( http://www.tigress.com/tani/katzen/.....ame_ashati.jpg ). At night she is always sleeping on my belly/chest (like on the picture). And I have a blue lava-lamp next to my bed. :)
I don't really have time for personal art at the moment (and so couldn't spend more time on this one), but I just had to.

Over the years my family has had a few cats like that(current count: 26?). However, since my young cats like chewing through wires, I can't allow them into my room (too much techno-scrap lying around). It'd also be nice to have a dog small-enough/calm-enough to cuddle with but, not both at once. *Hiss! Rowr! yipe! Rarr! etc.* Ouch. 'Garfield! Odie! Go fight somewhere else!... While I lay here and quietly bleed to death.' XD

aww, you should always make time for personal art. i hate seeing artists like your self get overwhelmed in doing art for other people and the rest of life. your talents should be for you too ^^

Aw it's so sweet when they do that, shows there trust for you^^. Though my cat thinks my face is even more comfy to sleep on X3. She'll try and get as close to me as possible whith out acctually merging as one with me XD. My kitten isn't as klingy but she dribbles like Niagra falls XD.
This is the sweetest picture ever. Our kitty loves to hop onto my mates tummy to wake him up in the morning >.< - but he's a 10+ lb kitty (all muscle, and a lil poochy ;P ). I am so very glad you put some time into making this one, your happiness and love for Ashati really shows here. =^.^=
