This is the first picture in what is to be a series of pictures where the body language of our model is the focus. The idea came to me during work out of the blue, when it occurred to me how much we say using only our bodies.
Our subject appears here during a dinner party hosted by her team. Occasionally her team holds parties like these or meeting to allow the public to become accustomed to their kind, or to sate their curiosity. Here, Janet smiles out at her guests as the hostess of the event. What do you think her body is saying?
Done with pencils on acid-free sketchpad paper. Inking was done using your typical ball-point pen. Will color eventually.
And while I have your attention, this is a birthday submission for me. That's right, this is submitted a mere hour before my birthday party is to begin. The big 21. Check my journal later tonight for all the fun things that will go on here.
Final note: I AM still working on the Wolves' Den story, but it's on temporary hiatus. Still, I should have it finished before the end of next week... end of the month... soon... c.c

Heh, I haven't really come up with a story for this one, so it's really up to your interpretation.
This was the first in the series though because it was the easier to draw. it took me only two hours roughly to do the whole thing, the first fifteen minutes attempting to draw some of the other poses only to be less than successful.
