I think this was inspired by the "Tom and Jerry" cartoon "Baby Puss". I even used screenshots from there as reference to make the diaper and mittens look more accurate.

What seems odd to me is... Well, most diapered characters here (original and from franchises, willing and forced) are babies, kids, teenagers and young adults. Tex Avery's Wolf is most likely in his prime, but as Adolf Wolf he seems to be middle-aged. When I think about, I feel a little disturbed. Not for long, though.
