Finally created a mold for this face-shape so had to do prototypes to test things and try new stuff.
These are thin,light, easy to wear but can withstand the occasional smack to the face with a soft boffer weapon.
***Specs:
These are built for the ladies, or guys with small faces/heads (though the elastic strap is 100% adjustable and its super easy to make extenders if you need it looser.

And are very adjustable! if you take a hair-dryer to the inside and carefully, gently heat it, you can make modifications to the way it conforms to your face-shape : 3 (though of course, never leave it in your car!)

These are 100% latex free. Base is constructed of urethane plastic.

Butting in here, but basically all faux fur is acrylic or modacrylic, so you're going to want to look for someone who works with real fur, if that isn't a moral issue for you guys. I used rabbit fur on a head once at the insistence of a return client of mine. It's definitely doable, but comes with its own sets of challenges.
