I spent way too much time on the ears and still don't like them. I also sharpened the jawline as well as worked on the nostrils and eyes a little. After looking at this side view, I think moving the horns forward would make it look better. I seems to be too far back on the head. Not sure but I'll try to see if moving it makes any improvements.
