This was made for a commission. He wanted a particular dragon from a little known anime (can’t remember its name) where the main character has a spirit dragon. I made this for him using dry needle felting. It is about 40 cm tall from foot to head. It was made to sit on his shoulder and can open and close his wings as they are felted over wire.
I really like this textile medium. It is fun to do although more fun on small models and can be made to be possible with teddy bear joints.

If anyone is interested in commissioning me for smaller animals please don’t hesitate to note me. I am reasonably priced because I really just want people to cover my art material cost and I do it for the fun of the work.
I’m getting a little bit bored of remaking flix in 20 different mediums.
