Shokenda Blackwing, the main antagonist of The Elder Scrolls: Equestria, a mare seeking to usurp Queen Platinum's throne and eliminate all conflict in Equestria. One war to end any other.
"I expected more of her. You've traversed these lands long enough to know how violent the roads can be, how corrupt those with power can be. The innocent suffer for nothing, and those who deserve punishment escape the ramifications of their actions. I'm determined to change all of that. Of course, the fair queen took offense to my request to take the throne, and retaliated against me. I had no choice but to raise an army.”
Okay, to be honest, part of the reason I created Shokenda was to spit in the face of crappy alicorn OCs. What if the overpowered, inordinately noble character is the villain? Yeah, not so much fun for everypony else.
