During my two year-long adventure with digital painting, I have learned a lot and overcome many of my previous fears - one of them being the inability to work on the background.
Currently, sceneries of the scenes I paint give me the same amount of pleasure as painting the characters portrayed.

Thus - a little update on a Commission I am currently working on.
Time to get to the characters now...

I had a fair share of doubts when I was asked to include deers by the stream on this picture, but I did some thinking, and planning, and sketching, and colours adjusting ... and I am very happy with the final look of the scene.
