Tallulah was born into a family of powerful witches. Despite this she proved to have little to no aptitude for magic at a young age, and thus embittered, she decided to renounce all things arcane and instead turn to the world of science in order to spite her family and perhaps find her path in life. Unfortunately she seems to have very little aptitude for that as well.

Her sophomore year at the academy she was expelled due to a veritable laundry list of ethical violations and malpractices. Determined as ever though, she continues to experiment in her laboratory (which is housed in one of those rental storage units). She's become something of a mad scientist, blatantly disregarding the well being of others and the sanctity of life itself, creating all manner of abominations. Her projects typically show a certain degree of ineptitude and generally end in failure, and when things get too far out of hand, Tallulah generally turns tail and runs, leaving a trail of destruction behind her.

Personality-wise, Tallulah is obsessive and undoubtedly dedicated to her work (at least until things go wrong). She has delusions of grandeur, specifically with regard to how important or useful her work is to the world. She also considers herself to be a genius, and she's often frustrated by others' inability to recognize this. Her insecurities become more evident though right after a major disaster. She'll be outwardly nice to you whilest trying to woo you into being one of her test subjects, but as soon as you show signs of resistance she becomes increasingly impatient and even downright hostile. It's not uncommon to see a crazed look in her eye when conducting her experiments.
