Hey Everyone, sorry for the long lag of recipes and photos. Schools finally all done for me YAY!! So now I can focus on what I love to do and work when I can. So today I thought it would be fun to show you something new and off the wall. Please enjoy and I hope your tacos turn out as splendid as mine did.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/2 cup fat free Greek-style yogurt
4 kellogg’s ® eggo® wafflers ® chocolatey chip muffin waffles (8 waffle bars)
1 Small banana , sliced
1/2 oz semi-sweet chocolate , coarsely grated
2 tablespoons flaked coconut , toasted
Instructions
In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Stir in yogurt. Set aside.
Toast Kellogg’s ® Eggo® Wafflers ® Chocolatey Chip Muffin waffles according to package directions. Immediately fold waffles in half. Place on wire rack. Cool.
Spoon yogurt mixture into folded waffles. Top with banana, chocolate, and coconut. Serve immediately.
