FC '14 #191: The misbehaving/angry dog (Need ID.)
This dog is one of the three or more that have a frowning face whenever you see them. I will bring up one that I know very well. For him, you won't see his eyes, but they are blue, and it would seem that he has a sneering smile. I do not know what breed he is, but he is in a pound where they get to do some sort of mischievousness at a con.
Anyone know who he is? (You will see his furend that looks like him later on-he is red.)
