You're an anthro artist right? (Checked out your profile) typically watches (for the artis) is meant to be how well off the artist is doing because this people who watch you are for a reason and it should be because of you, that they like your art of your personality, something about YOU so they can be kept updated on what you submit right? So for ghost watching or watch-spam bots, they are not watching you because of your art but for a page view or watch back, it hides your success (the amount if watchers you have are not real, let's say because so many could be bots).

I newer use amount of watchers as guide to quality of art or artist him self. Well true it means that given person is popular means something but there are hundreds of people that don't change anything if htey watch you, they never look at your thing, never fav or comment, they watch many people. Majority of my watchers are mostly empty accounts that never do anything.

I see what you're saying atleast the bots are one problem taken care of.

Only two of these have happened for me so far I was confused buuut seeing it happen to others leaves me with nothing to worry about since it's most likely a glitch it would seem. x.x
