Every time I log off hotmail it defaults me to MSN. It's always shooting this and stabbing that and drowning kids and and the most evil things you can think of to report- and all about the one of the latest Kardashian girls. (Not sure which is worse. Just what is the presses fascination with them anyway? Does anybody REALLY want to know stuff about them?)
The internet- new version of "the vast waste land" that TV became in the 1960's.
Thank you for making it a better place. I often come to FA for beauty, for love and to let myself know that shootings and death and trauma are still the exceptions and not the rule in this world.
Thank you for making this little part of the world brighter.
Truly, though you may not be paid much, art is needed by the soul of man to remind him of the beauty all around him... so easy to focus on the negative without it. You, the artist, do far more than you know.
Most cannot put it into words or they simply "feel" it and it passes by without thought. It is my job, the writer, to make clear our thanks to you and to make clear our gratitude. Though no one else may thank you, I thank you sincerely and I thank the other artists here on FA as well.
That may seem like a big deal over a simple weasyl banner, but its high time someone thanked you and the other artists. Coming from "mass shooting\death central" otherwise know as MSN, the beauty of your banner and its sweetness impressed me. I have learned to praise when I feel it- because if I wait I shall forget. So easy to forget good, so easy to remember the bad.
