Interesting dragon. Reminds me of a little rodent who has also these skin "wings" to glide from tree to tree... can't remember the name right now :\

Well, flying squirrels and sugar gliders have skin between their legs to glide, but it's between foreleg and hindleg rather than foreleg and tail.

Ingolf's skin flaps are inspired by a bat's.
