The 2 of 2 Commissions for  dracostar ,  arthien in SF2 form

This one was a bit more challenging in terms of cosmetics... I got the "Ice" effect to come off easily, it was getting the "wind" that took a bit of extra effort. Still got it! The wind aura with the bits of twinkling icicles falling is very satisfying! ^_^

Did I mention he's supposed to look crazy? Like Mad Psychotic? That's the only part I hope I got across.
