I don't know, I wanted to draw Glaceon and this was the result. I was really unmotivated to finished this piece since it was just a sketch. Last night I worked my but off to get it done and it was relaxing. The white dots are snowflakes falling.
Didn't know how to really do the frost breath thingy so I hope it is alright.

You can say either one since the dex never says anything other what it is for its species as the "Fresh Snow" same with the rest of them. Since some look like foxes and others cat like. I like to go with the "canid" version of the evolution line. sorry i do not see it as one is or isn't the other is just preference, as the species they are is not listed as an actually animal.
I hope this clarifies why I labeled it this. :3
