A drawing that I started in November, and finished last March.

This is the first time that I've attempted to draw facial expressions. When I could, I used photographs of foxes to try and get an idea of the look of a certain expression. If I couldn't find a photo, I went to other sources. Some were based on expressions from "The Fox and the Hound", others based on concept art from the game "Inherit the Earth". When those didn't work out, I looked at the work of other artists (mainly GoldenWolf and Dark Natasha).

This is also the first time trying to draw another pose, this one sitting down with a guitar. I looked through a couple of booklets of some CDs to try and get an idea of the look.

I couldn't decide on what to do for a fringe, so I went without drawing one. I tried drawing eyebrows, which is something I haven't done before, as I thought it would help show the expressions easier.

The way the picture turned out is worse than I thought. The eyes on many look too big, and I think the facial proportions don't look right. The only one I think I got close is the "thinking" expression at the bottom.
