Male breast growth is a real medical condition (gynecomastia), usualy caused by a hormonal imbalance. In most cases the the affected mans chest just looks like it has unusualy high fat concentration (like in a severely overweight person), but in more severe cases it causes the developement of full size breasts. Being exposed to a high concentration of female hormones can have the same (or similar) results.
