Oooh, look at this, Daniel in, um, anthro form, I guess. XD I really like how this picture turned out - it's not perfect, but whatever. XD The background was supposed to be forest with a sunset, but... you don't recognize that, do you? At least the colors look pretty. XD

That'd make sense. I was gonna have a blind shot at the Golden Compass, cause it was the only movie I could think of that came out recently and world wide. Of course, it was a horrific disappointment, but it was a world wide horiffic diappointment.

I haven't seen the Golden Compass yet; I hadn't read the books at that point and I try not to see a movie before the book it's based on. Now I've read the novels and I do want to see the movie as well... at some point. ^^;;

I realise that if you enjoyed the books half as much as I did I can't stop you from wanting to see the movie, but try not to. It's an ok movie on it's own, but if you liked the book you just can't get over how much they slaughtered it. I've known people like the movie, and sometimes read the book afterwards and like it, but never known anyone who'd read it before like the movie. (And Nicole Kidman is insufferable as Mrs Coulter)

I did like the books, a lot. But if all else fails, I can treat the movie the same way I do the Narnia ones: watch them so I can make fun of them.

Haha. I suppose. Meh, looking back on this; http://www.furaffinity.net/view/943175/ apparently I didn't dislike the movie as much when I'd just seen it as I do now. Maybe I should watch it again and fastforward through the bits where Mrs Coulter reveals intelligent plot twists as conversation starters ¬_¬

Though you make me want to see it even more. Maybe it's bad enough to, dunno, be fun? Spider-Man 3 was bad, and I never get tired of the jokes. XD

That's something I find a bit weird. I liked the first 2 Siderman Movies, and I thought I liked Spiderman 3. Then I got it on DVD... I swear it was made more corny just for small screen

Weird indeed. I liked #1 and #2 was really good (except I hate Tobey Maguire), but #3? Disappointing. Now I must admit that I never read the original Venom arc in the comics, but I'm quite sure they didn't do him justice.
I heard a rumor that they were going to make a new Spider-Man movie with a different actor, but it might just be that, a rumor.

As long as they change the actor? Sure, why not. After all, iron Man is going to be a trilogy, then there's Hulk, Magneto and Wolverine and they *are* planning an Avengers movie. Rumour has it they want to make new Spider-Man movies that work within that "universe" of movies.
