Rainbow dash's tail. what's sad is that I spent hours on my first two tails, that failed because I'm an idiot. this one took me less then an hour to make. and I have soooooo much yarn left already thinking of other tails to make. but first I have to make my ears and cutie mark.

This tail could use a bit more yellow. and that part that looks like black is actually green. and I didn't bother to turn on the lights to take this pic

This is my first ever yarn tail (obviously) As much as the whole process (fucking up and starting over) was a pain in the ass. I enjoyed going through it and I learned a bunch! This tail could used, like I said, more yellow. It's not super fluffy but that's what I wanted. I mean, ponies don't have super fluffy tails. But it is pretty soft.

I used a clip...thing...what do you call them? the kind that you put keys on and clip it to your belt loop. yeah. So that's what I use to clip it on to me. SMART!

Will I make more pony tails? yes I will make one more pony tail (unless I'm commissioned to do one when I start selling) I will make myself a DJ Pon3 tail.

I hope with more practice I get super good at making these. Now off to make a pair of ears!
