You should do "Jerusalem Syndrome." Every year several hundred of the millions of visitors to Jerusalem suddenly think they are the second coming of christ, or the last profit of muhammad or the messiah. Then when the leave, they feel normal again.

These people often end up disturbing the peace and getting arrested for preaching crazy talk. After they sober up for a while in a drunk tank, they are let out under the condition that they stop preaching.
