mutton is a ravenous, voracious, sadistically-cheerful dragonite. she’s pleased the most when teasing and playing with others.
as the boss/owner/mistress of Pan, she asks him to do whaatever paid job a potential client wants. while she also provides her own services just like Pan does, sshe doesn’t work as much.
her connection with the Silver Wing mafia is not official, meaning she doesnt really belong to it, even with the silver wing tatoo on the nape of her neck. however she’s a very close friend of Migada. she knows her from back in the past, and migada is very surprised Mutton hasnt been hunted down by angry villagers in the last 150 years, knowing her nature.
despite being pan’s boss, she loves him very deeply and would give her life for him in a fit, aand only for him, anddd vice versa. despite how dirty their jobs are, they know the only thing that maatters is having each other.
from time to time she provides special services to her lugia friend whenever a bit of brute force is needed to control anything in general. sure migada herself can do the job, she’s a giant… but you also got friends all around you right? a little help is always good and Mutton is a bit more than just that.
she’s very voracious, gluttonous and really dangerous. she can get irritated fairly easy, and thaat’s no good for whoever is making her feel like that! she eats meat of any kind of pokemon that is not steel or poison.
she’s also afraid to fly higher than 10 meters in height. no one knows why, but it terrifies her. she’s also afraid by the idea of being dominated/defeated by another pokemon, so she’s constantly acting with a very strong will.
her name comes from her strong enjoyment for sheep/goat meat.

aahhh well, that pic was purely fetish oriented. the real story involves a real situation where her family actuaally fightss to not get eaten, just like a human would fight or be in fear towards something that would kill them
