I do. it's the same price as one image. ( for example flat color will be $25, or if you wanted cell shade it would be 35)
and for every additional view it would be +$15

Not sure about detail costs would be just yet. I suppose it would depend on it.

So if I wanted a front, back, and side view of a soft shade how much would that be? What's a cell shade?

Honestly the way I go about adding the price for additional characters/views in a picture is I minus 10 from the base price. (does not apply to sketches)

So for soft shade it would be $70

Cellshade's price would be $85

as for what cell shading actually looks like. it's much more crisp and defiened while soft shade is less detailed.

for backgrounds do you have to pay for a specific resolution size? in order to fit your computer's screen size

or I guess would you need to pay extra I guess

I dont mind working in specific resolutions. Unless it's really crazy size I don't see a reason to charge more.

1440x900 or 2880x1800 too big of sizes? just wondering beforehand (which I dont have $ and a paypal and all that but in case in the future i wanted a wallpaper then this can help beforehand)

To have them on the beach may cost about 5-10 dollars more. Generally depending on how complex it is. (Though beaches are generally pretty basic) as for not having PayPal its not an issue. But I understand about no funds.
