Ahora que se acerca el verano entra de lujo algo asi, es una elaboración facil, rapida y sencilla si tienes unas buenas herramientas, si no... mejor prueba otra cosa xD

Ingredientes:

1 tomate
1 bola de mozzarella fresca
albahaca
aceite
sal
pimienta

Elaboración:

Lava y corta muy fino los tomates, y la mozzarella. A fueo muy bajo calienta un poco de aceite con sal, pimienta y albahaca, monta capas de tomate y mozarella intercalando entre ellas un poco del aceite de albahaca.

basil
oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Wash and finely cut tomatoes and mozzarella. A very low heat heat a little oil with salt, pepper and basil. Put tomato and mozarella layers sandwiching between them a bit of basil oil.
