Urdnot Vex
First Krogan Specter:

(this is the best I could do in summarizing a month+ long story)

Vex was not always a big hulking krogen but was actually an average human engineer named Matthew that worked on the SR2 Normandy during the reaper invasion. Never really seeing real combat, he would help keep the gear in working order. During the operations on Tuchanka he went planet side with a small team to help get some of the defenses back up and running. After the cure was spread all around the planet and the team was back on the SR2 he felt off but ignored it. (Remember that in the developing stages of the cure, humans were used as test subjects.) Nearly a year after the reaper invasion he felt the worst he had ever felt so he decided to see the ship's doctor in the morning about the hard calluses on his back and pains in his chest as well as some swelling.

Come next morning did he receive the worst shock of his life when he sat up and hit his head on the upper bunk an started to freak out at what he saw his form had become. Scaring most of the other crew members out of the room in the process, he garbed the sheets from his bed to cover himself with. After some time had past of freaking out in a corner Commander Shepherd came into the room. Sometime after talking with the commander dr. Chakwas came into the room to do some tests. We went to see the results some time later, she had found out that the cause of this was the mutagen cure and his DNA being just different enough to grasp on to it and change it to be more Krogen. And despite looking more krogen than human that there were still human characteristics showing like his mental state and his skin was more smooth but surprisingly tuff, a krogen of that size might have just tore the place apart before going throw these tests. He had other krogen features like resistant nerve system, and the secondary and tertiary organs. But somethings they could not find an answer for like the muscle mass, height, longer tail, the faster regen rate and the 4 large long plats growing out of his back. He had told the commander that he would like to be listed as KIA and giving up his old name and past to better protect his family from what he had become.

Commander did as he had asked and headed for Tuchanka so Veraxa could get some better fitting cloths, armor and some training. On the way his biotics that he never used but knew he had were far stronger than he remembered completely knocking over several large crates in the cargo bay. (Never telling Wrex or Grunt that Vex was part human.) Months on Tuchanka training under Wrex and Grunt were ruff but were great help in unlocking and controlling his new abilities. After using his body as a bullet with his biotics and twin omiblades, (that ran the length of is arms and a little longer past the elbow and just past the knuckles that also looked like a much larger blue version of the omiblade weapon mod,) to take out a threshermaw ,that appeared during a biotic training run so he had no guns, he was given clan status.

He rejoined Commander Shepard’s crew and doing several missions thay went to the citadel to relax and talk with the council. The commander wanted Vex to come with her but never told him what for. They met with the council and asking Vex some questions that seemed strange at the time but then they told him that they wanted to make him a specter. Vex was shocked he asked why and they told him that the commander had put his name foreword for the specters after she found out they looking for a krogen with a less aggressive actions and open mindedness to make a specter. Some of the reasons for their search were to help mend some of the views of the krogen race and for their help in the war with the reapers. After some thinking he accepted and was given a ship and a crew and some pointers to build a team.
