Many people whom have lived exciting lives take pleasure in telling of the excitement they lived through and survived from. Tales of action and glory and how they missed those days when the adrenaline was pumping through their veins at a mile a minute. Well I'm sure that makes great for when you're around the table in the bar, drinking up a storm and reminiscing with buddies new and old.
However what I miss are the times between those times. Those moments when my associates and I are relaxing around a campfire, meals freshly stewing in our guts as we chatter and think amongst one another. Talking about everyday things and everyday people whom we would never bring along with us in these places we tread. Sharing to each stories and memories as if the ones that will be made come dawn mean nothing.
I'll always love those days the most. The Days before the Day.
