Quick sketch of one of the RV4 NPCs, Doctor Jonas Lowri. He was sent by the Emperor to find the fabled isle of Sampetra. Problem is, he has his mind in the clouds most of the time and that makes him a pretty poor captain for the vessel. He was unseated from power pretty early in the storyline, but he's recently made a comeback as an important figure in last week's posts.
